The story behind Evermore

Evermore was founded from a simple but recurring observation across healthcare organizations: some of the most dedicated and talented leaders—both clinical and operational—are often asked to carry both the mission of care delivery and the weight of operational performance, without always having the capacity or dedicated resources to fully bridge the two.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside exceptional clinicians deeply committed to patient outcomes, access, and quality of care. At the same time, many were navigating increasing expectations around financial performance, sustainability, and growth—areas that are not always part of traditional clinical training.

I’ve also worked with experienced operators who understand what needs to be done—but are stretched thin, balancing competing priorities without the bandwidth to fully execute on their ideas.

Evermore was created to help close that gap.
